Born and raised in the Cowichan Valley, Carli feels fortunate to have grown up in the most incredible place on earth. While she spent time living on the mainland and traveling the world, she always knew she would return for the island's natural beauty and unmatched lifestyle.

Carli specializes in waterfront and acreage properties, with a deep-rooted connection to Cowichan Lake and the surrounding communities. She understands the unique appeal of waterfront and rural living and is passionate about helping clients find properties that align with their lifestyle and vision.

Outside of work, Carli is a mom to twin boys and a daughter. Her family embraces an active, outdoor lifestyle—spending time skiing, hiking, golfing, and boating on the lake. She's active in the community and often found cheering at the hockey rink or soccer field. A dedicated runner, Carli regularly participates in races both on and off the island.
